A Riot of Spring

Putting winter behind us,how better to start the year than with an exhibition devoted to the joys of springtime! An Exhibition of paintings, sculpture and textiles to celebrate this most longed for season. Inspired by the words of Samuel Taylor Coleridge (1772-1834): “All nature seems at work. Slugs leave their lair – The bees are stirring – birds are on the wing And winter, slumbering in the open air Wears on his smiling face a dream of Spring.” Exhibiting artists: Steve Ferguson, Polly Finch, Antonia Green, Kate Osborne, John Thompson, and Liz Toole.
