Alan Humphries love of photography goes back a long way, but he admits to having only really taken it seriously the last 5 years. In 2004 he gained Licentiateship Of The Royal Photographic Society which gave him the push he needed to take his photography more seriously. He is always looking to improve his photography, be it by reading an article in a magazine or a little tip given to him by some of the pros.

He recently had had a print selected from over 5000 entries to be in the Royal Photographic Societies 100th Print competition.

Alan also loves being out in the wilds and this is reflected in the beautiful photographs he takes of his favourite subjects: landscapes and seascapes.
